| 英文摘要： | Objective：To investigate the prognostic significance of activated mTOR (p-mTOR) expression in gastric cancer patients undergoing curative surgery. Methods：The expression of p-mTOR was detected in specimens of 181 gastric cancers who underwent radical resection (R0) by immunohistochemistry. The influence of each variable on survival was analyzed by the multivariate analysis of Cox proportional hazard model. Results：The positive rate of p-mTOR in gastric cancer was 51.4%.
